鸡Ia抗原在B细胞上表达，B细胞是单核细胞/巨噬细胞谱系的一个亚群，有丝分裂原激活的T细胞。小鼠抗鸡IgM二抗辨认的分子在结构上与小鼠Ia抗原和人类DR抗原类似。

艾美捷/小鼠抗鸡IgM二抗使用：

艾美捷/小鼠抗鸡IgM二抗贮存：

1.纯化（UNLB）抗体以0.5 mg纯化免疫球蛋白的方式供给于1.0 mL硼酸盐缓冲盐水中，pH值为8.2。不增加防腐剂或含胺缓冲盐。在2-8°C下贮存。

2.荧光素（FITC）结合物以0.5 mg/1.0 mL PBS/NaN3的方式供给。在2-8°C下贮存。

3.在1.0毫升PBS/NaN3中以0.5毫克的方式供给生物素（BIOT）结合物。在2-8°C下贮存。

4.R-藻红蛋白（PE）结合物以0.1 mg/1.0 mL PBS/NaN3和安稳剂的方式供给。在2-8°C的温度下贮存。不要冻住

5.维护荧光色素结合物不受光照。假如依照指示贮存，试剂在标签上显现的时间内是安稳的。
